Due North

JJP ****

Last Saturday, after coming back home from my workplace, I had make up my mind to go back to my hometown. Although I had not enough leave, that is only 3 days, I don't care. As you all know, a journey to north peninsular Malaysia from Southern region takes about 12 hours trip!!
Besides from my intention to visit my family & have a break, my vacation this time also was a test for my car capability. For your info, I only possess a Kancil 660cc. It had been 2 years now when I bought my car. It never been tested for a long distance trip.

Alhamdulillah, thanks to God, there were no problem occur along my travels. Most important I had enjoy myself during my vacation & really satisfied with my car's performance. For the time being, I don't have any idea to change the car.

The trip

Studying the Malaysian map

Saturday, 24th Nov:
0730am, just coming back home from my workplace. I had packed my stuff before get going. Check my car; coolen supply, brakes oil, engine oil, water supply for windscreen wiper etc. After that, got my sleep for about 1 1/2 hrs. Utamakan keselamatan anda!! heheheh...

At about 1030am, my journey to north, begins. My destination is Perak. I had stop 3 times along the trip. 1st at Ayer Keroh, 2nd at Dengkil & 3rd at Tanjung Malim, before reach Perak. As my estimation, it take about 8 hrs to reach there. Unfortunately, I could arrive early if there was no roadblock along the journey. There were 3 long roadblock held by Royal Malaysian Police.Fiiiuuuhhh....letih weeiihhh...

I hate traffic congestion!!

My arrival was welcome by my elder brother. He had guide me to his new house with his car, as I never been there before. I had stay at his house for a night before continue my journey next day.

Night @ Perak: Inside my car
Sunday,25th Nov:
In the morning, after had my breakfast my brother ask me to join him to Ipoh, as he had a soccer training. For your info, my brother was a C class soccer coach for Perak Soccer Assoc. He coaches kids under 12 years old. Ohh man, if you see the kids playing, I can said that they play like a pro! terrerr wooo.....As for me, I'm not a soccer player. So, I just sit at the bench & watch the kids training. After my brother finish with his training session, we went back to his house. Have a chit chat with him & play with his children, that is Aufa & Aqil, so cute & sweet.
At noon, after finish my lunch, my journey continue. Next destination, Kedah, negeri jelapang padi!

Having Lunch Together

My cute 'anak penakan'

It took me about 3 hrs to reach Kedah. Due to time constraints, after I had a few minutes to rest, I decide to visit my family angkat. They babysit me when I was a baby. Until now, I'm still visit them. I used to call my babysit ayah & mak. Both ayah & mak already old. But ayah's condition were the worst. He's sick. Currently he walk using a staff. The most part that make me feel very pity upon him, was he don't even recognize me anymore. Isk...isk...isk...sedih nyer....he had amnesia. Ayah only rely on mak. If mak don't tell him that it was me, he can't realize it was me. :(

After visiting my family angkat, I went back to my mom's house. We have a chit chat before I went to sleep.

Monday,26th Nov:
Next morning, I packed my stuff before get back to south. I had take a few picture of my area's scenery. You gonna love it when you see it...paddy field, with Gunung Jerai as it's background.
I depart at about 1030am. I had stop 3 times also this time. 1st at Bukit Merah, 2nd at Sungai Buloh & 3rd at Pagoh.

It was a tiring trip, as I don't have much time to travel. But, it was worth it. Although I had a less time, I had more things done. hehehehe.....pendek kata best giler :)
